1. We have 3 Days No Questions Asked Return Policy
You may return most stock, no installed product(s) within 3 days of delivery for a full refund*.
No restocking fee is deducted within 3 days of delivery.
We don’t accept returns on custom orders, Discounted products, Volume pricing products.
*Please be advised that Pro Wood Market will not cover any shipping costs for delivered or returned product(s) unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If any items are missing from the box, please contact our online/phone customer support immediately.
2. Next day shipping on most products
Pro Wood Market understands that getting your product quickly is important to you. We make every effort to process your order quickly as possible.
When you order from our website our manufacturing team does everything possible to insure a one day turnaround.Therefore you can expect to receive your order within 3-6 business days from the time of purchase. Many of our products are stocked, and may be shipped out the same day you order. Orders received before 2 p.m. EST are shipped the next day. Orders received after 2 p.m. EST are shipped the following business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are shipped Monday or Tuesday.
You will receive a set of 3 status emails when you place an order with Pro Wood Market:
Awaiting Fulfillment - We have received your order and payment has been received successfully. The order will now go into production, or will be pulled from the stock in our warehouse.
Awaiting Shipment– Product is ready for packaging.
Shipped – Shipping label was created for your package and is ready for pickup (you will receive email from shipping company with tracking number).
If we have any problems getting your product to you within the timeframe above, we will notify you by phone and/or email with the shipping date.
Custom and large orders take more time to be processed and made.
3. Free Shipping over $45.00 (Under $45.00 you pay only $12.00)
• All standard orders $45.00 and over qualify for free shipping to the contiguous 48 US states
• Qualifying orders must select Free Shipping at checkout in order to receive one.
• Free Shipping Offer Cannot be applied to previous purchases.
• Exchange orders are excluded from the Free Shipping
• Orders are shipped from one distribution centers. Our logistics experts determine the quickest, most efficient route to get you your stuff as quickly as possible. Having said that there will be cases where some items will have to be shipped cross country and require 5+ days of shipping.

> Cancellation
Cancellations on stock product(s) prior to beginning production will result in a full refund.
Cancellation of any order for custom product(s) must be received by Pro Wood Market in writing prior to the fabrication of any unique components.
> Manufacture defect
We will provide free replacement for manufacture defect. You must email us et sales@prowoodmarket.com a digital picture of the defective product(s) within 5 days of receiving package from us.
> Refund
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
